FABA do not only focus on anti-bullying but also creating awareness around all different types of abuse, like women and child abuse and animal abuse. We travel around SA doing talks, camps and awareness making in school, universities, workplaces, communities etc.

Talks to students, schools and universities about bullying and abuse:

  • What is bullying and abuse?
  • What is the different types of bullying and how to handle it.
  • How to identify if someone is being bullied or abused?
  • Practical demonstration on how to better understand the feeling around bullying.
  • How bullying and abuse can effect someone’s life.
  • How and where to get help?
  • The DO’s and DON’T.
  • Motivate to live your life to your full potential, to believe in your dreams and work for it.
  • Selecting Ambassadors and training them to be there for others, and better understand situations.
  • You all have a place and purpose for your life BELIEVE IT.

Talks to teacher, parents, work places and communities

  • How each one has a bigger responsibility towards each other.
  • Focusing on the potential of your pupils, family, co-workers and loved ones.
  • What the consequences can be of your actions and the words you speak.
  • How to deal with your problems and who to talk to?
  • Tips on how to stop situations when it comes to bullying and abuse.
  • Structures that should be in place in your classroom, home and work places.
  • Taking responsibility for actions and working on the core of the problem and not play the blame game.
  • Standing up and speaking out.
  • How to identify warnings signs and what to do?
  • To find the love and passion in why you started something or went into a certain job.

The reason for having 2 different talks when it comes to Anti-Bullying and abuse. Certain things are relevant for the younger generations, and others more for adults.

We strongly advise that both are very important when it come to the awareness and education of the effects of anti-bullying and abuse.
